We do not take any responsibilities for any inaccuracies or typos made on this site. We do appreciate if you would inform us if you encounter any.

4. Identity of our users

Although we try our best to find out more information about our users, we cannot confirm the identity of our users. We advise that you do not get into a rental or resale agreement until you are fully comfortable with the user. Be careful and alert of fraudulent activities on this site, since they are inevitable. Please report any unusual activity to us, so that we can look into it and use it to find safer ways of running this site in the future.

5. Listing on PandaShares.com

We allow our users to communicate and complete a transaction by themselves. We do not recommend money being handled between users, but highly recommend the use of a third party escrow company to ensure a safe and complete transaction. We are not responsible for any issues that arise between two users.

6. Rules for posting

You must actually own a timeshare in order to list your timeshare for sale or rent on this site. You do not own a timeshare by only attending a presentation. You must only use accurate information and relevant pictures when listing on this site. Listings with inappropriate or faulty information will be immediately removed without refund.
