For Rentals:

1. Sign up with PandaShares.com, its free!
2. Browse through our site to find the resort that you own. Then, follow the listing template instructions to list your timeshare on the site. We highly recommend using as much information as possible when listing, since it ensures a faster sale. We have given our users an option to upload personal pictures of their stay in the resort that they own. Feel free to upload pictures that are only relevant to the resort. Please be advised that all the information that you provide must be accurate and up to date.
3. You will be able to edit, change, or delete your listing at anytime in the account section.
4. You will be inquired by potential buyers through on-site messaging about availability and property information once your listing is live.
5. Both parties can complete the transaction privately, but it is not recommended. We recommend using First American Title as a third party escrow service to handle the complete transaction and ensure the safest transaction. Go to First American Title for more details.
6. Reviews are not mandatory but are appreciated.
