Do I have to be a registered to post a timeshare?
You will need to register to have access to all of the features of the site. Registration is free and it helps us know more about our users. We use that information for ourselves only, and it helps us to take a closer step to preventing any fraudulent activity.
What is the difference between timeshares and hotels?
Unlike hotels, timeshares are resort condominiums. There are many amenities that each resort offers, and by using a timeshare, you will have access to all of them. Timeshares are more spacious and mostly in the best locations. By timesharing, you will be treated like an owner of that resort. More importantly, timeshares tend to cost a lot less than hotels.
Who can post a listing on this site?
Only timeshare owners can list their timeshares on this site. You do not have to be a timeshare owner to rent or buy a timeshare.
How much does it cost to post my timeshare?
Listing your timeshare will be free for a limited time.
Are there nightly rentals available?
The majority of timeshare owners own timeshares that are a week long, and therefore they cannot charge per night. You may pay the price of the whole week and only stay for a few nights if you wish.
What are the procedures to listing and completing a transaction?

Can I post a floating week?
Yes. Contact your resort to see if all weeks are available, and when listing, put in the range of weeks that are available.
Can I edit my listing at any time?
Yes. You can edit your listing at any time by going to your account section and making changes. We recommend providing as much information about your timeshare as possible to ensure a fast and safe transaction.
